Dunlap and Partners Engineers reports that Peter Jefferson Place, Office Park VII in Charlottesville has received the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Silver CS 2.0 certification. Dunlap and Partners provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineering design services and served as the LEED consultant and the commissioning agent on the project.
