The firm is currently seeking qualified applicants for a Manufacturing Supervisor-Engineer position in Farmville, Va. The candidate will be responsible for quality, safety, and staffing in our metal fabrication plant. In this position the candidate will be a hands-on leader who can work with and engage people. Must have good communication, mechanical aptitude and a commitment to succeed. The ideal candidate would have a 4-year degree and have 7+ years supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.
