From our stronghold offices in Virginia, VHB engineering professionals deliver integrated services to such leading clients as the Virginia Department of Transportation; Virginia Department of Rail and Public Transportation, the National Park Service and the Federal Highway Administration; and private corporations and institutions (higher education, medical/health care, and non-profit).
