Thompson & Litton is an award winning engineering, architectural, surveying and planning firm founded in Wise, Virginia in 1956. With more than 53 years of continuous service, we provide comprehensive civil, structural, and MEP engineering, architectural, contract and construction administration, design/build, project management, planning and surveying services through offices located in Wise, Radford, Tazewell, Clintwood, Chilhowie, and Vansant, Virginia and in Bristol, Tennessee. T&L has a staff of over 127 employees and is experienced with PPTA and PPEA projects and has expertise in innovative financing and non-traditional project delivery methods. We are a Virginia Small Business Enterprise (SBE), have Federal HUB Zone status, and hold a Class A contractor’s license.
