DESCRIPTION of SERVICES
JMT is a full service engineering and planning firm specializing in the areas of highway, civil, structural, geotechnical and environmental engineering; landscape architecture; water/wastewater; architecture; construction inspection and management; surveying; subsurface utility engineering; GIS and information technology; and right-of-way services. JMT has provided these services to federal, state, and local agencies throughout Virginia.
