Advance Engineering Group LLC (AEG) has over ten years of continuous service to private developers. A pragmatic multidisciplinary firm, AEG can handle Multiphased Residential and Commercial Developments with ease. Our portfolio includes site plans, design of public improvements, subdivisions, special permits, variances, special exceptions, grading plans, land surveying, topographic mapping, geotechnical reports, flood studies, DCP testing, as well as erosion and sediment control plans.
Our expertise includes cold formed steel design for shopping centers, full structural design of base building and site planning for worship centers and hotels, and MPE design for restaurants and food markets. AEG also offers geometric design of highways and bridges with super elevation, sanitary lines, storm sewers, and other public improvements, plus design of septic systems. We have the capability to successfully complete projects from feasibility studies to construction stake out and beyond with little or no outsourcing. Our survey crews are in the field on a daily basis and are currently in several different counties performing topographic mapping, geotechnical, and infiltration testing. Our goal is to provide turn-key service to clients from a single source.
